LCE provides mechanical engineering, energy engineering, commissioning and construction management services. LCE is a small firm providing principal level involvement on every project and can comfortably provide Building Performance Services on small, medium and sometimes large projects. LCE provided mechanical system evaluation on energy modeling, site energy audits and life cycle cost analysis for multiple energy conservation opportunities (ECO) at 14 schools (1,186,960 SF) in Colorado Springs School District 11 and provided design services for many of the energy retrofit projects. LCE provided prime consultant services, mechanical design services, commissioning and construction management for the mechanical renovation of Flagger School District’s K-12 facility and the replacement of the pool air handling system at Western Colorado University including architectural, structural and electrical engineering sub consultants.
